UPDATE --
FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- The Frederick County Sheriff's Office says a Taser shocked a man twice when a deputy used it Sunday to break up a fight.
Officials say the officer fired the Taser at 20-year-old Jarrel Gray, who died a short time later.

Spokeswoman Jennifer Bailey says data from a computer built into the Taser showed that the second shock was administered 23 seconds after the first.
Bailey says the cause and manner of Gray's death is still under investigation. Steps are being taken to determine whether the stun gun was operating properly.
The county's Chapter of the NAACP is calling on the Sheriff's Office to suspend the use of Tasers until there are more answers to questions about Gray's death.

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- The Frederick County Sheriff's Office says a man died after a deputy used a Taser to break up a fight.
It happened around 5 a.m. Sunday in the 7000 block of Gresham Court East in Frederick.
Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Corporal Jennifer Bailey says the first deputy on the scene found four people fighting. When the deputy deployed the Taser, Bailey says the 20-year-old man fell on the ground unconscious.
The man, identified by a relative as Jarrel Gray, was taken to Frederick Memorial Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Bailey says the Frederick Police Department is helping the Sheriff's Office with the investigation. The deputy, whose name was not released, has been placed on administrative leave with pay.
